- Add support to specify delegates required by CompactionFilter.
- Add Flush and FlushOptions to be able to do on-demand flush
- Add RepairDb to be able to ingest sstfiles written by other rocksdb instances
- Add methods to retrieve and parse LiveFiles Metadata
